The first

Stand Up 12

Here are some photos of us working on the first Stand Up 12's. First of course we needed to get the mold sorted out and ready, and then the process of making the boards and assembling them, and of course, finally, testing the finsihed molded board.
Plastic power is put into the mold, ready for a board to be made.

Assembly: Putting on the hatch, the grab loops, the drain plug, the deck cleets and deck rigging, and finally the wheel system.
Boards ready for assembly.
Boards stacked, waiting for the EVA and deck rigging.

Testing both the board and the new "inexpensive" paddle that converts to a kayak paddle with the seat attached.
The wheel system is awesome... jsut "drag" (roll) the board behind you effortlessly.
Arrow, the owner of the factory tried SUP for the first time. He hopped on and went out no problem. Super stable, easy to make it go straight... he loved it.
